Hello I'm flying from EBB Uganda to MSP Minnesota. My flight was scheduled for July *rd at **:** pm but was cancelled that night on grands that the flight SN*** *** RCJLOW confirmation number had mechanical problems. We were informed that there will be a ** hours delay and we'd be compensated for the damages caused. My issue is I had another domestic flight to connect to on reaching Chicago ORD airport separate from the the Brussels connection on *th. On rebooking my flight to MSP, your representative just considered the on booking to ORD, NOT FIXING MY DOMESTIC FLIGHT TO MSP FROM ORD. It's not my fault that you cancelled my flight. I need to get home from ORD to MSP because I paid that flight and I'm supposed to be on that flight on *th to MSP. How do I connect from there? The new booking for *th July doesn't cater for my connection flight to MSP. I have no way of getting home. I can't be stranded at O'HARE AIRPORT yet I paid my flight to MSP. Find a connection flight for me from O'hare airport to MSP. It's not my fault that you cancelled my flight. I must reach home which is MSP and not be stranded at O'hare airport. The new booking is SN**** **:** and SN**** at **:**. Ticket number *************. I need to get home. Fix my query. Your representative didn't help me but was rude to me. Do fix me
