Help with my Brother International issue
The issue in GetHuman-tgbarry's own words
I own a Brother Work Smart Series Model* MFC-J***DW. Is there a way to operate with WiFi such that you don't have to enter Printer Setup and then the wireless access code every time you wish to print from the Brother iprint&scan app from an iPhone? The printer is normally hooked up via hardwire to a desktop printer. I find that I have to remove the Ethernet RJ** clip and then select the Brother Printer icon within my settings on the desktop to the version of this printer which is wireless vs. hardwired (labelled by myself) and then go through the process of changing the printer to wireless for the mobile iPhone. I have successfully printed already from my iPhone. However, it is a time consuming changeover process and wait period to switch back and forth. Can I store the access code for the wireless system within the printer and register to only include access from our families' iPhones, etc?.

GetHuman-tgbarry did not yet indicate what Brother International should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-tgbarry fixed the problem
I spoke to Brother Int'l. by phone. They stated that as long as the printer's RJ** clip is removed from the desktop or network access point router... the desktop can print via the USB cord and then all other iPhones, Ipads, Laptops, etc. can print wirelessly so long as they have access to the same network. Problem Solved!
