It is so difficult to speak to a person at British Gas. It is ridiculous. We have homecare but the only number I could find is £*.** per minute or There are other numerous numbers to ring but you just go round and round in circles pressing numbers for various options and only get to speak to someone if you say and do nothing. It is just crazy. Homecare needs a phone number that is normal rate so you can just ring, explain the problem, get advice. Why is this so difficult? I am seriously thinking about going elsewhere.
