We moved house on the **st of February the new address had Scottish power as its provider so we on that date changed from British gas to Scottish power the meter of this new address was read by us and the landlord and we have been paying ever since to scottish power and paying a direct debit we have our bills from them in pdf on this PC. British gas took quite a time to get the message they were no longer our providers despite me ringing on several occasions to tell them so. then all went quiet until a few days ago on **nd of May they sent a large bill for this property over ***.** incidently we have never had at our last property which as considerably a biggerproperty a bill that large. two days ago I spent i hour on British gas chat facility explaining all this with meter readings dates of everything evenuall after he had several times checked with his team he apologised and said the bill had been cancelled however on checking today on line it is still there This needs to be sorted to my saitfacion immediately
