I received a letter saying you were changing from paypoint to payzone. You also falsely stated that it will be as quick and easy as ever. Let me spell out why it was a false statement. Firstly my paypoint was *** yards away whilst my payzone is over a mile away. Not good for pensioners who have to walk. Secondly the minimum amount you can get is now £* instead of £*. Not good for poor people. Thirdly post offices now operate payzone. Not good for people living by a post office if they run out when the post office is closed. Now please point out why it's as quick and easy as ever?
