On the *rd December **** I recently brought a topup for my gas meter and entered the card and the meter gave me a fail message and did not add my topup, I have spent over one hour on the British Gas which I could access from because all of the other do not work and still did not get an answer from any one so I was left to contact you via by means of communication , to resolve my situation is very simple *. Telephone lines needs to be answered very quickly , *, please state on your website if free phone numbers are not in use and update you website with this information .*, Your chat you can't get any access at all so what is the point of having this service , especially when you are trying to get back your gas supply and get some clarification into dealing with your problem. *, All I need is some way of having a direct number for this issues like you have for gas escapes, it would be very helpful.*I would like an answer with a relevant numbers and contact details from no on and for the future if this happen again.*So could you please direct me to right department that will help me get a new battery for my pay as you go meter and get my top up onto my gas because I can not cook or wash, this would be very helpful indeed.
