I am ** years old and have been on Universal credit since Aug ****. I have no savings or other income and am not expecting to be working any time soon. I have been with B. Gas for over * years. I want to know if I can receive Warm Home discount to help with my electricity costs. I visited the B Gas website, registered an online account, answered their questionnaire and was told that I don't qualify for the Warm Home Discount scheme, despite being on Universal Credit. I don't agree with their decision but can't be bothered to appeal as it will achieve nothing.
