I am Sue from Mather and Murray Property. We are the managing agents for Swallow Barn, The Street, Latton, SN* *DN. The tenants cannot overide the hive to operate the heating manually from the boiler. Hive have sent instructions but they are still without heating. I have spoken to British gas again this morning and they are telling me that they literally cannot help unless the tenants have the hive controller along with the account holders death certificate. The name on the account is Mr Martin McCabe who has now passed away. The landlady took the hive controller when she moved out a few weeks ago to let the property out and hadn't realised it would cause such an issue with operating the heating manually. The issue now is that the Landlady has had a heart attck and is in hospital. I have tenants without heating. I would really appreciate some guidance with this. I can be contacted on ***** ******.
