We are new gas & electric customers but have two electric meters (two terraced houses joined together) and one gas meter. This complicated me doing a meter reading submission online. As a new customer I would appreciate some personal attention** contact regarding this and also the installation of a smart meter (booked for **th May. I would like to get this sorted out by someone senior so that this doesn’t remain complicated in the future
