Have received email stating tariff is about to change, can find no details on my account of which tariff apply's to my account also the email suggests that I have to sign up to a energy and boiler repair tariff but I do not have a boiler and we have a registered gas company in the family. so all our needs are satisfied. Can you explain. PS contacting yourselves by phone is a laugh, by the time a contact as been made a gas leak could have turned into a major disaster.
