Trying to contact via telephone, an issue with Home Insurance. Telephone number I have is complex, asking for an ref number which I don't have. *Eventually managed to speak to Alex, who appeared uncertain of my issue and put me through to a number* **** *******, which was a short automation saying office closed...though I was calling during office hrs. *Had to start whole process again!*I arranged Home insurance ..Building *Contents approx. **th Nov to start *st Dec ****. *No conformation re email or post. Went back onto site, today,**rd Nov, to check. Though I have policy ref number from that date (**th Nov),I could see no conformation, therefore paid again..and was given a different policy ref number. All I am trying to confirm is, have I paid twice for home insurance with yourselves?
