I arranged a homecare appointment for this morning between *am and *pm. I did not receive a telephone call so I checked and found an old Tel number on my account site. This has now been changed to my current number. As I have a different appointment this afternoon could I please cancel the one for this morning and ask for one tomorrow afternoon? You can now contact me on the correct tel number prior to the appointment. Sorry for the change of plan. Thank you
