We were planning to take a miles-based trip to London (family of four) with these miles this July but could not due to COVID-** but we would like to try to book this for next July (****) now. However, we had ***,*** Avios miles in our family account that expired in May (i.e, during COVID-**) automatically through their computer systems. We need these miles re-instated by BA customers service so we can book this travel.
