I have a Complaint British Airways ticket UBGL**. Flight and car booked thru BA*The car you gave me thru booking with Avis*Budget!was very poor. Badly worn tyre on back. *No radio*usb feed for sat nav, which is a must when using travel app on I phone.*Broken sun visor. *Lack of power*Very high tick over.*Sometimes hesitant when pulling away, that could be dangerous*fatal on junctions. *In fact, one of the worst cars I’ve had especially when I’ve had to do so many miles. *I feel the biggest major problem in cases like this, is that the cars are not checked enough, company’s just are after quick turn arounds to maximise profits.*What I didn’t like, I felt forced to take on extra policies, which the lady maneuverer me into paying an extra €*** by discounting to cover not paying out on the €**** collision if involved in any accident or any other events happening, when I was already covered on the BA policy for CWD.*Just not happy. I said I will complain to BA, as they supplied both flight and a car thru you.*I’m not sure if your aware of this up selling practice.*As retired and over the age of **, both my wife and myself feel venerable to scams like this and I want to know what you are going to do about it. All they say is that I signed the form, which was all in Italian and wasn’t really explained, as she was on the phone speaking in broken English. Since then they have given me back my Full tank of petrol charge but no refund on CWD, of which I had already with you, ( why duplicate).
