Nee a answer from BE re our travel plan, but we can not get hold of them

The issue in GetHuman-mandusm's own words
I was trying to get a answer from BA re our flight from Seattle to JHb SA but seems that we can only call BA and no email, we do not have call fasilaties ... We Mandus D Momberg and Hendrina Momberg did book and received confirmation on flight VB**DM Seattle to Johannesburg on July, * , ****. We need confirmation that this flight did received the needed approval from the SA Goverment to land at OR Thambo and that we as SA citisens will allowed to re enter SA. We would not like to take this long trip only to get to SA and we can not enter SA.
This was especially frustrateting becasue we are in desperate need to get answers from BE re our return to SA under Covid** rules, but BA sell tickets to us and we can nor get answers from them
They could make this right by reply urgently with proper answers
We are new customer, and expect prompt reply to our problems
we have already tried all route that we know of
How GetHuman-mandusm fixed the problem
