The issue in GetHuman-pfstops's own words
My booked an air package tour with Gate *for us. Air reservations were booked by them on British Airways departing Mar ** Ret Mar **. Obviously My sister and I were unable to make the trip. I received an email from BA that there would be no change fees for trips departing within those dates but I would need to contact the agent who booked the flights. We rescheduled for Sep ** - Sep **. That is now might be iffy. I have written BA and sent two emails and have not received a response. I tried calling today but they are not taking calls at this time. I have two questions. *) Are we responsible for change fees for the first booking, especially as it is improbable that BA would have been able to complete our flights with the international flight ban, and *) If we should have to change our plans again in September will the charge fees be waived? If we are not responsible for change fees how do I relay this to gate * to remove the change fees for the March dates? Flights TBSP** and TBL*EP

GetHuman-pfstops did not yet indicate what British Airways should do to make this right.
