If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

Been a frequent flyer on BA for several years, flew many times in business class, last one to HYD from Seattle in December of **** and returned on January** of this year. I am frustrated that BA would treat a long standing senior ( I am **) in this shabby manner.
