Hi, left Heathrow on Thursday, **th November, flight BA **, **:**. New flight route direct to Durban. I was so disappointed with the state of the plane, dirty, broken seats, unappetising choice of food. The presentation on a scrappy piece of plastic for a tray. Come on British Air ways, if this is a the way you promote a new route, then I won't be flying with you anymore. I'm dreading my return flight on the **th Jan. So sad to have experienced this awful flight. The ground staff were amazing at Heathrow. The whole trip was disappointing.
