The issue in GetHuman-warholwo's own words
I have booked a return flight from Shanghai to London Heathrow at the end of January **** to return mid-February. I have chosen my seats and paid for premium economy and now would like to upgrade. I have been on the upgrade page and for both flights, the page tells me that the additional charges are roughly **,*** RMB which is twice for what I paid for economy. But the additional charges say on the webpage that they are around *,*** rmb each way, which would roughly be **** rmb on top of what I have paid. So I am cautious to pay if it is **,*** Rmb which is about **** pound which cannot be right as the other seat in economy has already been paid for and I am concerned that I would have spent **** pound on the upgrade. So please help me. The phone number does not work from my cell phone in Shanghai. It would be so much easier if you had a live chat window to talk to a customer service person. This is my first time booking with BA. As all the other carriers have easier webpages.
