I caller to change a booking to some new flights to Naples in and asked for flight out in afternoon and then subsequently booked an additional flight for my husband at the same time so he could join me and my baby daughter. This was confirmed by the operative on the phone and the additional costs to amend charged. When I received the confirmation emails the operative had mistakenly booked myself and my daughter on a very early morning flight and my husband on the correct afternoon flight. When I called to have this corrected I was told they would need to check the phone record to make sure I had asked for both flights in the afternoon and that it would be escaled to a manager. After not hearing back I called two weeks later this time I was told that they had corrected this mistake while I was on the phone. I did not receive any confirmation and upon checking my app could not see any correction a few weeks later so I again called this time to afain be told it would be escaled to a manager and I would receive a call back. This was now two weeks ago and I have had no calls or emails and no correction have been made on my account. My daughter and I are booked on J*TYTU and my husband is booked on VKVWFX. I would like BA to urgently amend my outgoing flights to the **.**flight my husband is on as originally requested and email me to confirm.
GetHuman-meganjmc did not yet indicate what British Airways should do to make this right.
