Request for refund and compensation for services paid for and not provided**On May **, **** I made a reservation OK**JY. This was for premium economy from PHL to MAN and FCO to PHL. As I am tall, arthritic, and use a wheelchair in airports, I made sure the seats were bulkhead seats for all legs of the trip.**BA Advantage **********Phone ***-***-******These reservations were made months ahead of the September * and September ** flights.**You changed us to American Airlines which put us in economy seats which were not bulkhead seats. AA said that they had no information that we had paid for premium economy. We ended up in economy seats for both long overseas flights. We had to pay AA an additional USD $***.** for bulkhead seats on the fights TPA to PHL and PHL to TPA.**We spent hours on the phone with British Airways and American Airlines trying to correct the situation. The BA and AA customer service desks at PHL and MAN were unable to fix the problems. As a result while in the UK, we were billed USD $**.** for calls to British Airways. **Please (*) refund the difference between premium economy and economy seats, (*) refund the money we paid AA for economy bulkhead seats, (*) refund the money we paid for calling BA, and (*) compensate us for the physical pain, inconvenience, stress, and loss of time due BA to not providing services paid for.
