Following BA allowing the theft of all of my credit card information, including the CCV number, I want BA to cancel my booking and refund the credit card payment in full. ... They simply will NOT respond, or deal with this.**How can they not encrypt customer financial and credit card details, and then allow that information to be stolen ? This breaches their fundamental duty of care and, no doubt, numerous data protection laws.
By dealing with my instruction to cancel the booking, and refund the money in full.
I have used BA for travel from as long ago as **** ...... possibly earlier.
