If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

Hi I flew from Heathrow to Brussels and onto Shenzhen. When I checked in they guaranteed my bags would go all the way to my Shenzhen. But on my arrival after a long flight there was no luggage for me. I was told it was in Brussels and would take two weeks... This is a total joke I am here to visit my partner for two weeks and in the lsuitcase there are drugs for my epilepsy which I must have. I trusted you to do the right job and have no idea what to do. I have no clothes nothing. Please can you Make sure my case is here tomorrow it is imperative. My flight number from Heathrow to Brussels was ba**** and my flight to Shenzhen was hu****. My suitcase in black with white sports weighs around ** pounds and my ticket number is sedgley *Paulamrs Etkt***************. it is vital I have my case please can you reply
