I travelled on your flight number **** from Phoenix to London Heathrow on June **th and connected on a flight to Glasgow flight number **** codeshare with American Airlines. The flight from Phoenix was absolutely awesome and the service was amazing. On the flight to Glasgow,which was delayed an hour,I asked for a cup of tea. I was then asked for £*.** and I told them I didn't have a card. The other flight attendant named Daniel told the other attendant to take the tea from me and he didn't to which Daniel said " well I guess that's one way to get a free cup of tea". I was throughly disgusted at the way I was treated by Daniel and felt he had no right whatsoever to treat me like that. I have flown with BA before and have never experienced this level of customer service before. Thank you for your attention. Isabella Miller.
