Hello my name is Sherma Ryder**In June **** we booked a flight for my mother Mrs Joycelyn Wellington to fly to Trinidad POS on ** December ****.**In August **** she suffered a stroke and before travelling in December a letter was sent **th November **** medically explaining she was not fit to travel. A copy of this letter was sent to you.**You kindly gave us an extension in the hope that sometime in the future she would be fit to travel.**Now June **** she is still not fit to travel and rather than lose the ticket we have asked for a further extension or to change the ticket to myself to travel instead.**We have been in touch with customer services in New Delhi to make our request for an extension or to simply change the ticket. we have been put on hold several times on the telephone and not received any support.**I am finding this frustrating which is why I have come on live chat to air my concerns and request a response please.
