Help with my British Airways issue
We have been waiting for four days for our bags. We have received very little information. Please contact us to inform us where are bags might be. **We filed a claim over the phone and I believe there is an error that the website will not let us correct. The claim code is MUCBA*******I am sorry to be so frustrated. But no one answers our calls or emails.
I trust that British Airways will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
