My luggage was lost and arrived broken and *-* days late when I was moved to a BA flight. Finally, while waiting I was told that I could purchase clothing * necessities because of the hail & rain, but now my suitcase will weigh too much on the return. How do I get compensation: **) for the inconvenience delay**) for the broken suitcase case**) for the items purchased **) for my return baggage costs or to mail the excess items separately? **Lastly, I lost a thermos in the plane and my earphones going through security because they held me up manually searching (I’m handicapped). How can I find*replace them? *I will be returning in less than * weeks and will have to pay overage on all the connecting flights if you don’t resolve this in advance (especially the ones on other airlines)!! *Thank you. *Maria Teresa Su*rez
