my problem is fixed!! my ***,*** avios miles have been restored and the credit goes to get human!! i attempted calls, faxed the c.e.o and customer relations but never received correspondence. you people are great and now i get to travel and i feel so relieved. thank you so much.

We had ***,*** Avios points in Our household account April **th are account was decreases to **,***. I did call late August **** to notify I wasn't getting correspondence from your company and due to my Parents getting on and illness and myself having a bad accident causing a disability we could not fly and I was unable to access my computer. I was told to charge something on the British Airways Visa and that would keep the Household accounts active and so we did so Sept **th ****. We never got no communications that our miles would expire and the only way I found out was to go online on my phone to check flights to the Uk since my relations from the UK will be able to stay with my parents while I visit home. I am really taking this bad since I haven't been able to go anywhere for near * years with deaths, illnesses and my injury and I am the only daughter. There is no way anyone would want to lose this amount of miles and I hope you can help me restore them. I have been flying B.A for ** years when it was B.O.A.C and your airline will always have a special place in my heart !! I have travelled many airlines but yours has class and the best staff. My frequent flyer * is ********. my Mum's * is ******** and my Dad ********. Please help me !! I have never had a problem or asked for anything and these miles took a long time to collect. I was shocked!! I checked the update on your site and see there was a solution.I did fax another letter earlier today but if it wasnt for Get Human, I would still be heartbroken over loss of miles and change of plans. I dont know what I can do to show my appreciation. Your agency is truly there for the People and I am truly madeup . Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
