I have been trying to activate Executive Club Membership for myself and my husband (we are both members. I have found this difficult and what I want to know is we are flying BA booking reference KS*RJJ on *th March **** Heathrow to San Francisco. As EC members do we have to pay for our seats to be together and if so can we use Avios points to do so or alternatively upgrade? Regards*Elizabeth and Robert Stuart
