The issue in GetHuman-hughlair's own words
I have explained that when in Houston I wished to upgrade my premium economy ticket to Business class on flight BA*** to Heathrow on * Nov. I was told thAt no Business class was available but I was charged £***for seat ** E which was in the premium class seat anyway. When I got to the flight I realised that I had paid extra for a seat that I already paid for. Hence I wish a refund promptly.
GetHuman-hughlair did not yet indicate what British Airways - Executive Club should do to make this right.
