I am booked on a flight to Vienna from Gatwick Friday **th, booking ref: P*IIJW. This was booked via e-bookers (************* - Iterniary number). On this my name is Jennifer Marshall Barnes, which is correct, as by my passport. On the booking P*IIJW it shows as Marshall Jennifer Barnes. So when I try to tally my executive points (********), it will not accept this as a different name. Spoke to a very helpful lady at e-bookers, who said BA have to change it. She spoke to BA and the executive club, and the later told her I need to email this with a picture of my passport. I need a cont@ct email address to do so, and I need this has been changed so as not to confuse anyone at the airport.*Thank you
