Help with my Bristol-Myers Squibb issue

I am trying to get my medication sent. I received one shipment then was told they don’t have my prescription and now I can not get a hold of them? ... I am trying to contact the foundation and it says the number is disconnected. I can not get my medication and I am getting sick. The sent the first shipment but I have not been able to contact them since.
I have been without medication for two weeks and I am sick. You don’t start sending someone medication and then just drop off the face of the earth. I was told in writing I would have medication until December **st. My doctor can not even get through.
I want my medication.
I have called my doctor has called. I have held on the line before the number was disconnected for ** minutes each time I called just to be told they don’t have my prescription. My doctor has faxed it and faxed it * times and she does not understand why they would need it again when I already received a shipment last month.
