You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I had an issue with my money transfer last January **, **** with the amount of ****us$ on the recipient TOYOTA SAN JOSE DEL MONTE BULACAN,. *It's been *weeks already and the promised date that you indicate is January ** but still the money hasn't been transfer yet. Please help me. Also I have another transaction last January **, **** I had an issue that they hold the said transaction because they said I didn't provide the correct beneficiary details*beneficiary name. My recipient is BAKASYONISTA and I transfer ***$. I just want to cancel the said transaction. Please help me.
