I have had a past due on every bill in **** for a month. My bank shows I have not missed a payment all month. I want this resolved and have called and there is always some reason it can't be fixed. There is a complete lack of caring about me as a customer as far as offering ANY savings or support so if this cannot be resolved I will be cancelling service today and going to SLING.
