Put spark plug in ... My Briggs and Stratton generator **** watt was threaded by factory wrong. After being taken out the spark plug would not thread back in. A local Briggs & Stratton Dealer looked at it and said it was done at the factory. It's been over a week and haven't heard anything. It is still under warranty. I would like to have a new generator. Yes, took it to an authorized Briggs & Stratton dealer and he said it was done in the factory. It is still under warranty. Please help...I have tried to call but cannot get through. Held and held on phone. Thank you for any help.
