Because I have received two confusing invoices regarding ordering TK SHOW-BELL HOLIDAY ORNAMENTS, I would like to speak with a customer service rep to (*) confirm cancellation of the ornament order and (*) to verify that you received my order for two other items that are very important to me. One is a bolo bracelet for granddaughter (her name---Gillian-- on one side, Nana on the other). The second is a birthstone pendant necklace for my daughter. I have no invoices yet for the jewelry orders.**I have not been able to reach customer service by phone today. On the invoices for the now unwanted holiday ornaments, I have account number as well as client and order numbers that may be helpful. I will be happy to give the CS rep that info when he*she calls*contacts me--***-***-****. How GetHuman5044419 fixed the problem
I went online to Bradford Exchange and checked status of orders. Not all are resolved but I was able to cancel one order and track to see if others were in process. Still somewhat confused about multiple duplicate orders and one or two shipping arrival dates. Hope to receive responses from Bradford tomorrow to clarify what to expect when. Feels good to take a little more control of the process. Mary Porter
