It was on the monthly installment plan of $**.**. I was putting my pieces on my mantle tonight and to my amazement I have not received the camel and shepherd.*I had not opened them until tonight. I was very disappointed with Bradford Exchange. I have sent you the dates I have paid through pay-pal.*Please check because I have made all payments and yet missing two pieces.*I paid: Jan. **---***.**---April ** **.**--June ** **.**---July * **.**--July ** **.**--Sept * **.**--Oct. **. **.** Nov. **. **.** Please let me know as soon as possible the reason I have not received my shepherd &camel. Disappointed in Bradford Exchange.

I have ordered items before from Bradford Exchange and certainly didn't expect this.
