Received a letter with bill, dated Oct *, ****, for Aaron Rodgers *D football half dollar coin. I DID NOT order it. My last order I have placed with your company was in December of ****. I called to correct the matter. Three days later the item arrived in the mail. I called again. An acknowledgement letter was received from a June Owens (though the letter did NOT acknowledge the item had been sent when no order had been placed for it! A return shipping label was received from your co. It was used immediately to return the item the morning of Oct. **, ****. Oct. **, ****, another bill was sent me. My acct no. with you, ********* needs to be cleared of all charges. My credit card company has been advised of this inaccurate transaction initiated by your company without any authorization from me and it is disputed should a charge be made to my account.
GetHuman-vinson_n did not yet indicate what Bradford Exchange should do to make this right.
