I recently discovered that my neighbor at [redacted] Upper Elmer’s End Road in Beckenham, Kent BR3 3DF has been receiving parcels addressed to me, which I did not order. During my time abroad, my account was debited £42 for three months without my knowledge. I will return the unwanted parcels once I am back home in three weeks. Tomorrow, I will contact my bank to resolve this issue. I expect a refund for the unordered items and request that my details be removed from your system. To The Bradford Exchange, I received a large styrofoam box today, on 10/30/[redacted], which seems to be from you. Inside, I found a receipt for the Obama $2 Bill stating that it was paid in full, but I haven't ordered anything else. The box doesn't have The Bradford Exchange listed as the sender. I have been trying to contact Bradford Exchange regarding two unauthorized charges on my PayPal account. I only ordered one "Soldiers of God" figure, but there are two extra charges on my account that need to be resolved. I have moved from my original delivery address and received the figure I wanted before I moved. Since then, two more figures have been supposedly shipped, but I have not received them. I recently received a bill dated October 1, [redacted], for an Aaron Rodgers 3D football half dollar coin, which I did not order. My last purchase from your company was in December of [redacted]. After contacting customer service to rectify the issue, the item still arrived three days later. Despite this, an acknowledgment letter received from June O. did not acknowledge that the item was sent without an order. I promptly used the return shipping label provided by your company to send back the item on October 25, [redacted]. However, by October 29, [redacted], I received yet another bill. My account number with your company, [redacted]62, must be cleared of all charges. I have informed my credit card company about this unauthorized transaction and disputed any potential charges to my account.

I ordered two items, but the delivery of all the components is taking longer than expected. When I received the second shipment, it was a duplicate of the first, so I returned it. In another shipment, I didn't find the return label and card as expected. After emailing for a return label and receiving one on 11/10/[redacted], I found out that the label had expired or been used when I tried to use the link provided. I have reached out through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook with no reply. I also emailed them twice through their website with no response. I offered to pay for the return shipping if I could get the address and ensured that I wouldn't receive another shipment.

I made a mistake when I ordered the "Messenger from Heaven" ornament. Being less skilled with computers, I accidentally ordered two sets of three instead of just one set of three. I am interested in purchasing checks with carbon copies and an oriental design. However, when I search for oriental design checks, I am unable to find any images. It's strange that I can find information on Bradford Exchange checks but no pictures. Searching for "diabetes" yields many choices with visible options. I would like to see the available oriental checks with carbon copies. How can I find them?

I ordered two sets of Christmas ornaments as gifts for family members, and they arrived in good condition. However, I received four additional sets of four ornaments each. I have returned the extra sets as instructed on the invoice, marked "Return To Sender Refused." I believe that the delay in crediting my account is unwarranted and unethical.

I recently received a package from The Bradford Exchange; however, it arrived without an invoice or any packing slip. Unfortunately, the coupons included were not helpful in identifying the contents of the package. I have not made any purchases from The Bradford Exchange and do not wish to keep this box. I am having trouble accessing my email to send or receive messages. I have tried sending emails to various recipients, but they are not receiving them. Additionally, when others try to email me for information, I am not receiving their messages. My computer is my only means of communication, so it's crucial that I can use it effectively for email exchange. I believed I would receive 3 lanterns for $69.99, but I only received one. It resembles a $5.00 lantern and seems inferior to the photos online. I wish to request a return shipping label and a refund. My attempts to process a return on the website failed since it kept asking for a 6-character ZIP code. ZIP codes in the United States are typically 5 digits, and even adding a "0" in front did not resolve the issue.

I received my granddaughter's bracelet envelope today, but it arrived torn open with no bracelet inside. It was supposed to be a gift for Christmas morning and was delivered by FedEx. After contacting them, the driver mentioned it only had papers inside and still proceeded with the delivery. I am hoping there is a way to have it replaced. This gift was particularly meaningful as I lost my son four years ago, and I was trying to make this Christmas special for all my grandkids. I have already spoken to FedEx about this issue. Last August, I purchased a "Land of the Free" hoodie (Acct # [redacted]68) as an early Christmas gift for my grandson. However, upon giving it to him this Christmas, I realized it is too small. I placed an order with you on 12-20-19, selecting overnight shipping, but have yet to receive it as of 12-27-19. When I called on 12/26/19, I spoke with someone in another country who initially didn't have information on my order. After some waiting, she informed me that the order was scheduled for delivery that day. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delayed shipping despite paying for overnight service for over a week. After some back and forth, she refunded my shipping costs but didn't provide confirmation of the credit. As of today, 12-27-[redacted], my order still hasn't arrived. Another representative mentioned that FedEx's delivery status hadn't been updated. This situation has jeopardized a special Christmas gift for my wife from The Bradford Exchange. I contacted FedEx who confirmed a label was created but no further progress. This experience has made me hesitant to continue collecting items from your company.

I received the ring with the names "Rick" and "Brenda" that you sent me. Unfortunately, the names are not legible as they do not stand out well without black coloring. I believe the order of the names should be reversed with Brenda on top and Rick on the bottom due to the length of the names. Additionally, the chocolate diamonds are crooked and do not have the expected shine. I am concerned about the quality given the price I paid. Also, I am worried that the gold plating on the silver ring might come off. I was under the impression that it was gold and silver, not just gold-plated.
