My account number is *B********I entered into a contract with The Bradford Exchange to pay for a set of coins over several months. In return you were to provide me with a coin each month equal to the advertised description and charge me £**,** plus £*.** service and handling for each coin.*I still wait to receive the final coin in the collection.*I received a telephone call from The Bradford Exchange in January **** telling me that there had been a decision made on the quality of the final coiln which was a gold coin and the cost of this coin was significantly higher to the tune of several hundred pounds.*I made it cllear I was unhappy. This collection is for my son and I asked to speak to manager who remained unavailable and so I asked for a letter of explanation and for this letter to provide me with a solution.*I have not received anything but further adverts to purchase coins.*My complaint is a simple one. We had a contract and you broke it by not providing the whole collection at the price and quality that was agreed upon several months earlier.*Your organisation has deliberatly left announcing this change to the contract when you had me on the point of completing the collection. Without the final coin the collection is useless.*Options**. Provide me with the final coin at the agreed price of £**.** plus handling charge**. Arrange for me to return all the coins and receive a full refund including handling charge.**. Arrange for me to receive a sum of compensation equal to the value of the final coin and despatch the final coin to me free of handing charge**Please respond within * working days*Mary Maguire*** Burton Close*Widnes*WA* *ZJ
