I sent three payments by postal order sent to the this address, The Bradford Exchange P.O Box *** Stoke on Trent Staffordshire ST* *RT. Each time they write back and say we haven't received payment. I then sent a letter for Special Delivery on ********** with shows payment has been made to The Bradford Exchange Ltd. Then they sent us a notification of Intention. My question is. How is it that you send your correspondence to the same address envelope provided for you. In total four in all and had no acknowledgement of receipt. How can four letter get lost? I have tried contacting the company by phone, but i just cannot get through to settle this problem. Can you help?

We just are trying to be honest and settle this problem once and for all.
I cannot write to them, because if they haven't supposedly received my last letter. I don't see the point in continuing to write anymore. The company claim they haven't heard from us. The simple reason is, it's just impossible to contact them because they only have i phone line.
