I have called twice, emailed twice, talked with Jordan on Facebook and texted but your company refuses to help. My order number is *********. Each time you promise to send a return slip but you don’t. Last time you said you would email it, but you don’t. Jordan said she would send one but didn’t. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, and put reviews every single place I can find to tell everyone that will listen that Bradford exchange is a scam to get money from you. You promise that you can return something if it is unacceptable. Well I only ordered the Hogwarts castle and you sent me Three Broomsticks with a promise to send more and charge my credit card. I don’t want it and I want to return it. Six times now you have said you will send me a return label and don’t. Six times you said you will cancel my account and haven’t. My email address is *****@***.com. For the last time please send me a return label and cancel my account.
