Get a replacement or monetary refund ... I purchased item no: *********. It was sent to me without an adapter and one of the lights did not come on when l used an adapter l already had to power it on. I called Bradford Exchange complained and a return shipping label via USPS was sent to me. I have tracked the return item and seen it was received *********. I have been calling bradford exchange for an update on the replacement and l am now being given the running around. My contact no is ***-***-****
GetHuman-motorola did not yet indicate what Bradford Exchange should do to make this right.
