I'm very confused. Already successfully ordered (and received) * dif. shipments from HC.*Now trying to order Xmas present for my niece in SF. When I try to pay, must enter email & (saved) password. Site says, "This address & password don't match our records."*(This insane stuff happens to me ALL the time, result of talking to computers, not humans.) Last time had issue w*HC, called CS, got a very nice woman who straightened it out.*Don't know why this happened. Get emails from Hamilton saying "Your item is still in the cart, waiting for payment* first come, first serve, buy it before we run out." Another computer generated ms.* they still have plenty since they just announced item this a.m.*I want to talk to a human being who'll help me figure out why this happened and how to keep it from repeating. Would appreciate any help you guys can give me.**gethuman.com* is great! I recommend to everyone I know.

I called Bradford Exchange cs direct, using your prompts. Immediately connected w* a really nice guy who said best way to order was over the phone. Fixed my problem in ** min.*DUH, moral is--avoid ordering from websites!
