Hi - I ordered some jar lids in error. I called and was told to reorder some others and request a return via your website. I would receive an authorisation and a free label to post back the mistaken order. I now have a returns authorisation *********** but no label. I thought perhaps I had misunderstood that there would be a free label but the authorisation says I need to make a DPD drop off and I cannot find a way to do that on their site. I have tried calling you but your number is currently unavailable. What next?
