My name is James S., and on or around April 24th, I chose an ONYX gift pack at the casino. I was informed it would be ready by June 28th. Despite expecting an email or call, I did not receive any notification. After my wife contacted them today, they mentioned I missed the pick-up. I am dissatisfied with this experience, especially considering I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have spent significant amounts at the casino. I feel personally let down by Boyd Gaming and their handling of this situation. I had faced issues booking the hotel stay offered to me as well, as everything was fully booked. It seems challenging for me to avail of the rewards offered. While I await their callback, I hope for a more thoughtful response, acknowledging my loyalty and offering better alternatives to resolve these matters.
