I'm disappointed with my recent order. I usually enjoy the products I receive from you, but today I received my order and all four bottles of lemon-scented all-purpose Lysol cleaner leaked all over my items, including my food. I believe it isn't appropriate to package food and cleaning products together. The leakage has affected everything, including my Chex mix, and I feel uneasy about consuming the items. I understand accidents can happen, but this is the first time I've had such an issue with my package. The mixture of laundry detergent and food items is concerning due to the mess it caused. I received an order today and was very disappointed. The three-pack of Swanson's chicken broth was so badly smushed that all three had to be thrown out, costing me $8.39. Additionally, I was shorted one large syrup priced at $4.79, and one shower cleaner at $6.99, totaling $20.17. I kindly request a refund for this amount to my original payment method. I understand the current health concerns, but this boxed order arrived with no proper packing, causing the products to bounce around inside the oversized box. Sincerely, GG.

I have spoken to four individuals with no resolution. I am 84 years old, and at this rate, the issue will not be resolved before my passing. Unfortunately, four of my products were damaged during transportation, as informed by the company. They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund a week ago. Despite opting for a replacement and confirming it via email, they claim not to have received it. As a CEO in the entertainment industry, it is imperative that my messages are received. It seems there was a mix-up, so I plan to involve my bank, the Federal Trade Commission, and my attorney in Atlanta if the matter is not rectified promptly to either receive my products or a refund. I will take further action tomorrow.

I recently purchased "Wonderful No Shells Pistachios" and found them to be very stale, making me sick. Despite the expiry date of Oct. 14, [redacted], the two packages I consumed were of poor quality. I have tried numerous brands of pistachios, but these were the worst. I received an email confirming my order had been processed and was on the way, but shortly after, I got another email stating it was declined due to suspicious activity on my account. I don't understand why my order was canceled, and I'm frustrated that my money was taken without a refund. The customer service representative mentioned contacting the bank, but there has been no resolution. I am out $[redacted] and still without my order. I need assistance with this issue promptly. My debit card was used for a purchase that was supposed to be delivered by the end of June. The order couldn't be sent, and it's still pending. I also mistakenly used my Capital One card for one of the purchases, which I've paid off and removed from my account. Please do not attempt to send the order again. I recently fell victim to a scam and lost $[redacted]. I had to renew my debit card with the same number but a different security code. Most of the other orders went through without issues. Please advise on this situation as I have the order details but don't understand the delay. It would be helpful to have a phone number to contact you. I like your products but it's concerning not to have direct communication due to security concerns with scammers.

Since the start of the pandemic, I've been using Boxed, but recently encountered issues with damaged packages and lost credits. Despite receiving some 30% off discounts for the inconvenience, my boxes kept getting returned to sender. After contacting Boxed, I received an email from the fraud department stating that my credits were removed, preventing me from placing orders. Attempts to reach out for support have been unsuccessful, and I still have an $86 credit. I simply want to access my credit and receive my items, but Boxed has not responded to my inquiries, leaving me frustrated. I hope they can reopen my account and address the situation promptly.

The box my order was delivered in is dented and ripped. I ordered a box of 8 cans of Busch's Baked Beans, and the box was busted open with 7 out of 8 cans having dents ranging from small to large. There are concerns that I won't be able to open all the cans properly due to the damages. It seems like the package was mishandled before being sent. Instead of replacing the damaged items, they were still added to my order without even taping the box closed. This situation could have caused my entire order to be ruined if one of the cans had leaked. While I appreciate the convenience of your service, I have reservations about future orders if they are packed and delivered in this manner consistently. I'd like to suggest that for orders including cleaners and food items, consider packaging them separately, either in different boxes or by placing the cleaners in a bag before placing them in the box. This way, if there is a leakage from the cleaners, it won't affect the boxes of food. Overall, I think your company is a great concept, especially for someone like me who is disabled and struggles at the grocery store, but after this experience, I am unsure about placing another order.

Hello, I recently purchased chocolate candy chips, but accidentally ordered double the amount I needed. Unfortunately, the packaging was not suitable for Halloween, as some boxes arrived damaged. The first delivery was neatly placed on our porch, but the second delivery was left in poor condition on the driveway. This caused five boxes to become completely soaked, rendering the chocolate bars unusable.
