I have an open ticket ********. When I upgraded my files from a free to paid subscription all my files disappeared from box.com. Engineering got involved and they have since reappeared on box.com, But, about **% of the files were also deleted from my local machine. box sync thinks my local machine is the * truth and is requiring s me to either unsync or delete the files on box.com. * However, the files on box.com is the truth. So my computer is unusable until I resolve this. I received a welcome email from box, so it thinks I am a new user, which is probably why it is trying to sync my local computer to overwrite box.com. It has almost been ** hours. I am paralyzed workwise until this is resolved. PLEASE HELP. Customer service via email is unresponsive. - hence it taking days to resolved. Is there someone I can talk to? Can we get this escalated? PLEASE
