I am experiencing an issue with my ticket #[redacted]. When I upgraded from a free to a paid subscription on box.com, my files disappeared. Even though Engineering helped to restore them on box.com, about 90% of the files were deleted from my local machine. Box Sync is prompting me to unsync or delete files on box.com, but the truth is that the files on box.com are accurate. My computer is currently unusable until this is resolved. I received a welcome email from box as if I am a new user, causing the syncing problem to occur. It has been nearly 72 hours now, and my work is at a standstill. I have tried contacting customer service via email with no response. I am looking for assistance and hoping to escalate this issue to get it resolved promptly.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues with syncing my Box Drive to my online Box account. The problem began when I accidentally started deleting a folder in my Box Drive, which did not show up in the trashcan after I cancelled the deletion. Since then, my Box Drive has not been able to sync properly and I encounter errors when trying to copy folders. Some documents also do not open. I need to resolve this issue so I can back up my files before exchanging my computer. Any suggestions on how to sync my Box Drive and resolve this disconnect would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I recently purchased two items from Light in the Box on August 26, [redacted]. One of the items is a navy and white dot dress, but I am unsure of the item number due to the confusion caused, which is causing me a lot of stress. The numbers I have are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted]2. The other item is the PANTSUIT T.S. COUTURE in navy blue with item number [redacted][redacted], but I received it in white with item number [redacted]3. I have already provided my bank details for the refund. I have also sent photos of the white PANTSUIT [redacted]3 as proof. Please send me a return label so I can send these items back and receive my refund. I am very frustrated with this situation and have never experienced anything like it before. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have to escalate this matter further. Warning: Do not share files on Box and think twice before choosing it as your company cloud server. We recently got charged for 8 "seats" when we only have 3 employees using the file-sharing app. Even after adjusting the seats correctly, Box continued to charge us and provided unclear explanations. Their customer service is poor, only responding via email after failed phone calls. Additionally, our files have experienced issues such as corruption and loss. It might be best to steer clear of Box to avoid the problems we've faced. Consider using Dropbox instead.

I have 7 dresses and 1 shirt that I want to exchange. I need one dress in extra-large size and the extra dress that was mistakenly duplicated. I also have another shirt I want to exchange. My order number for my first order is [redacted]. I am having trouble returning these items and would appreciate your assistance to exchange them. For the past two days, I've been experiencing issues connecting to BritBox on my Smart TV. Although my Netflix and PBS apps work fine, BritBox only shows a loading circle. My annual subscription just renewed on August 20, and I've never had issues like this before. I really need help fixing this problem with BritBox. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
