I have a Soundlink mini. I have used it * to * times since the date of purchase, which was * or * year ago. It is not charging and I was it is out of warranty. I was told by Ace the agent on the phone this evening around *pm ES time that I had to pay $** dollars for a repair. I was not satisfied with the cost of the repair and he told me thas the cost being it was out of warrrenty. He told me I could not get it done for free. I was not asking for something done for free. I wanted it done for a cheaper price since the unit had not been used more than * times and I am a faithful Bose customer. I asked to speak with someone above him and he told me he was the supervioser and that there was no one else. I asked for a contact number or email address and he said there was not a contact or email number he could give me. I didn’t feel like Bose cared about how I was feeling and that the agent was sticking to the script that he was given. Over the years I have spent way too much money on your products and the only person I can speak with is a trained agent on the phone reading from a script. Very disappointed with customer service. I would like to have the product repaired but not at the cost of $**. That’s about half the price I paid for it at Costco. **Thank you,*LaNora Ali
