Order number: T********.*Please inform me of who I should contact about a $**.** payment I made to Bose for a replacement *CD changer for my Bose Wave System III. I purchased two (*) complete systems, including deluxe remotes & *CD changers on payments. I paid them both off, in full, within the allotted time period. One for my dad, one for me.*My *CD changer started to act up awhile ago, but now it’s working okay. Not perfect, but okay enough. *I am disabled and receive Soc. Sec. checks once per month. $**.** is a very large amount of money for me. I would like a refund. I never received the “free shipping labels”, as promised. I may have also been charged for that as well, I’m not sure. *Bose has always treated me well and your products remain “Top of the Line” in my opinion.
