The issue in GetHuman-ellissp's own words
Have SoundTouch ** purchased ****** (?). Running SoundTouch App on Windows * laptop. The App won't open. Have not used the system for last ** months. Have not been at residence where Bose system is located. Opens with note that a problem has caused SoundTouch to stop working and will be shut down. The speaker seems to be operating properly. Two of six Pandora stations operate properly on power up. Remaining * presets are empty. Can't open App to operate system. Other info - in my notes - I have the number *C*EA* (radio station?) and my password is E****G (to App?) How do I remedy this problem? Uninstall App and re-install? Please advise. Thanks you for your assistance.
